A bright country home and garden that makes up part of a traditional Italian farmhouse (known as a Cascina). Conveniently located next to the renowned Bogogno Golf Club and less than a 30 minute drive from Malpensa Airport and Lago Maggiore, at the foot of the Alps.

The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. The renovation brings together contemporary comforts and luxury amenities while at the same time salvaging and celebrating the historical architectural features of the building.

Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. The outcome is an alluring eco-resort composed of 11 independent serviced apartments, featuring luxury hotel-level service, set in an idyllic natural environment and luscious gardens.

This unit is on 2 levels, measures about 108 square meters, and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining area and open plan kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. On the first floor there is a large double bed and a bathroom with an Italian shower. The whole apartment has large floor to ceiling windows that bring a lot of natural light into the apartment all year round.

The technological equipment of the property includes air conditioning, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and other basic appliances. Residence amenities include free car parking, reception office, laundry and large common outdoor areas designed to socialize with other guests and local staff.

This apartment is ideal for couples or families with children and can accommodate up to 6 people for short stays, while we recommend it for 4 people for longer stays.
